Friday Favorites

Happy FRIYAY friends! Yesterday was our first day back to school, and a two-day week was exactly what I needed to ease back into my school week routine after two weeks off. All of our nursery furniture came in yesterday and we plan on getting it all put together this weekend. I'm SO stinkin' excited to see how it all comes together.

Today I'm linking up with some of my favorite bloggers, Andrea and Erika, and sharing some of my favorites from here lately.

ONE
Over Christmas Break I finally had a little time to head to the mall on my own and try on some clothes for an Old Navy Fitting Room Finds post. You can find it here .These posts are always some of my favorites to work on, and I'm hoping I can find the time to do them monthly.

TWO
At the beginning of the week I shared a 2018 Recap that included one of my favorite Christmas traditions. We started going to Opryland to look at the lights four years ago when we were engaged, and it has been a yearly tradition since. I can't believe next Christmas we will have a sweet baby to take along with us.

THREE
Time off for Christmas break gave me the perfect opportunity to check so many baby related to-do's off of our list. We registered for our baby shower, started the process to get our maternity & newborn photos scheduled, and ordered all of our nursery furniture. Our rug came in a few days ago and I'm in love with how it's looking so far. More progress photos to come once we get our furniture put together.

FOUR
Now that Christmas is over I'm ready for all things spring and summer, since it will be a while before that happens, I've started burning some of my favorite candles that remind me of spring. Voluspa is one of my favorite candle brands, and they make the perfect "fresh" scents for spring & summer. This scent is one of my faves.

FIVE
I got to enjoy 10 days off with this guy over Christmas Break and it was my favorite part of break. Since we're on opposite work schedules, I only see him on weekends throughout the school year, so I always try to soak up any extra time we have off together. It was SO nice to be able to spend some extra time with him. We slept in, binge-watched Blacklist on Netflix, got to check on our baby boy at my 24 week apt., went on multiple gym & Chick-fil-A dates, shopped for baby's room, and got some major cleaning and organizing done.

That's all I have for today y'all.
I hope y'all have the BEST weekend!
xoxo

    1. Aren't they the best??! Their cute jars are what made me want to try them out in the first place, but they really do smell so good too!
