Friday Favorites

Happy Friday y'all! We've been on Fall Break this week, so of course the week has absolutely flown by. It's been so nice to have some time away from the craziness of school. I haven't linked up for Friday Favorites in what seems like forever, so I'm really excited to be linking up with some of my favorite bloggers, Andrea and Erika,  today to share some of my favorites from here lately.

ONE
Today is my favorite guy's 25th birthday! He is working tonight, but we will be celebrating him all weekend and I'm so excited!

TWO
At the beginning of the week I took a little girls trip with my best friend, and I recapped all of the details here.  We ate way to much and just had the best time. The Smoky Mountains are our favorite!

THREE
Did I mention we're on fall break? I've been soaking up every second of my time off. It's been in the high 80's here so it definitely doesn't feel like fall, but that hasn't stopped me from turning my fire place on, burning my fall candles, and enjoying all of my fall decor.

FOUR
I've also been making all of the soups and comfort foods lately. I tried this Green Chicken Chili Enchilada Casserole recipe out this week and it's a new favorite.

FIVE
I've mentioned before how much I love both Chicago PD and Chicago Fire. Chase and I watch both of those together and they are some of our favorites. I recently started watching Chicago Med and it's definitely a favorite as well.

That's it for today y'all!
I hope you have the BEST weekend!
xoxo

  1. Happy birthday to your guy! I admit I haven't watched Chicago Fire or Chicago PD but my 23 yoa step-daughter raves how great the shows are.

  2. Yay for Fall Break! We had two days off at the beginning of the week and how glorious it was! It's been super warm here too-like 80 degrees, so it doesn't seem like fall but I'm burning my fall candles and putting out the pumpkins!

  3. Love all of the Chicago shows! And I love that they're all on one night now and hopefully there will be many cross overs!
