Weekend Recap

How is it already Monday?? This is our last week of school before Christmas Break and I couldn't be more excited. I'm looking forward to a fun week of school filled with lots of Christmas fun with my sweet students and co-workers.

Last weekend we went to Chad's Winter Wonderland and it was so much fun.

We sat in the car, listened to Christmas music, and drove around the park looking at all of their pretty light displays. The only thing missing was Starbucks.

My Saturday morning was spent listening to Christmas music and wrapping presents.
I know most people hate wrapping Christmas gifts, but I LOVE it. There is just something about turning on Christmas music, and wrapping presents that gets me in the Christmas spirit.

Saturday afternoon I went to town to do some Christmas shopping with my momma and brother. While I was gone, my sweet mother-in-law stopped by to visit Chase and left this ornament for us.

It looks so cute on our tree. :)

I've been doing an awful job of remembering to take pictures of my outfits here lately, but I did remember to snap a picture of what I wore to church on Sunday (right before changing into my pjs). A flannel, with a vest, and booties is my go to outfit.

Post-church selfie with my favorite guy.

Lunch at one of our favorite spots.

Loaded Tortilla Soup....SO GOOD.

A little Sunday night journaling was the perfect way to end the weekend.

Hope y'all have the BEST week!
